Originally from the colorful islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Shem made his way to Baltimore, Maryland, where he’s spent the last five years building a solid track record in property management. With a hands-on mindset and a deep understanding of the industry, Shem is passionate about helping clients make smart, confident decisions in real estate.

His leadership style is rooted in integrity, results, and creating a great experience for both clients and the team. When he’s not steering the company forward, Shem’s a devoted family man and a serious car enthusiast.
